Reverse 911 is a system that allows authorities to notify large groups of residents in the event of an emergency. Police say a prisoner escaped during a transport. Jun 13, 2017 - Rioter hits police horse with a flagpole with a nail sticking out. Lisa Joy Simon is facing multiple criminal charges for assaulting a police horse in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The horse, Sampson, was trying to move the crowd when Simon hit Sampson with a flagpole that had a half-inch silver nail sticking out of the top.
