2 Koreas Oct 16, 2018 - The Koreas and U.N. Command (UNC) hold talks on disarming (DMZ) border. They agreed to form a tripartite consultation with UNC. The accord includes halting military exercises, a no-fly zone and removal of landmines and guard posts.
They will pull out 11 guard posts before January. They began demining this month and will build roads to excavate remains of missing soldiers.
