Nov 24, 2018 - Trump asked SCOTUS to rule that a policy prohibiting transgender troops from serving in the military is legal. It is imperative the U.S. military determine who may serve in the nation’s armed forces. Solicitor General Noel Francisco said the administration carefully thought out its policy and has decided that limits on transgender troops are in the best interests of national security and the courts should defer to that judgment. Roberts should recuse himself! Only Thomas, Gorsuch or Kav should rule!

The U.S. Supreme Court from then til today has had only 8 Justices.
Yet rulings issued are 5-4 .. WHY?
Here is my theory
I speculate Noel Francisco, the 10th Justice is voting in place of Ginsburg. [RBG]
POTUS doesnt want to put anyone else thru what Justice Kavanaugh endured, so he is having Francisco vote for RBG. Once the swamp are locked up (half of con-gress), we will have more than 3 Trump Justices on SCOTUS.
The cabal dont want President Trump to put another Justice on SCOTUS.

Feb 27, 2019 - The Senate confirmed Eric Miller, President Trump's nominee to be a judge on the liberal 9th Circus Court of Appeals. This circus is usually overturned by SCOTUS. Seattle attorney Eric Miller, was confirmed 53-46. He was one the 51 federal judicial nominees left over from the previous Congress whom the White House re-nominated this year. And there are still *4* more appointments waiting for the Ninth Circuit, which if all of them are confirmed will get it close to even.
