Sep 2, 2019 - Some of the fights in the U.S. Senate over President Trump's judicial nominees have been epic. Too much partisanship and political theater. The ABA found Trump's nominees are qualified. The only way our judicial system can rise above partisan politics is by returning to the ideals and the original process set forth by America’s Founders. DACA is unlawful
Sep 6, 2019 - DACA will be going before the Supreme Court.
0bama never had the legal right to sign DACA, and he knew it.
The Supreme Court has to look at whether DACA is lawful.
They are only looking at whether Trump’s recision of DACA is lawful.
The USSC must consider lawfulness of DACA itself. Looks very odd that President Trump doesn’t have the discretion to end an illegal program 0bama began.
