Dec 12, 2019 - President Donald Trump ends Liberal domination of 9th Circuit Appeals Court. The Senate voted to confirm Lawrence VanDyke to serve on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. VanDyke is a strong constitutionalist who will uphold the values of our nation. Oct 31 Lawrence VanDyke cried on national TV after the ABA makde a false claim. I didnt think he'd get confirmed, but he did. He’ll need to be a bit tougher if he’s going to sit on the Ninth Circuit. In a crushing blow to the Dems, the Supreme Court destroyed the Dems obstruction charge. Trump can’t obstruct until he runs out of appeals and court actions and not one day before. The second article of impeachment charges President Trump with obstruction of Congress for refusing to comply with congressional subpoenas in the absence of a final court order.
