The U.S. Constitution defines the requirement that a U.S. President be NATURALLY BORN! There is no declaring Barak Hussein Obama anything. He was born in Kenya, not in the U.S.A. He was never our President.

The U.S. Constitution rules the laws in that any law which contradicts the Constitution is invalid. This would include laws signed by POTUS and Executive Orders.

President Trump has been repairing much of this. Even some of Trump's EOs have secretly fixed it, by secretly confirming changes made during the Obama years and adding a few changes.

Then there was the demand that all US attorneys resign only to see most rehired. It's OK. Not to worry. Sessions has our back.

Once the EC (Electoral College) picked footnote (LOL - 0bama), he was ours to live with. The only thing that can change is the people and their willingness to undo his embarrassing mess.

Several Supreme Court cases have established precedent in regard to laws which go against the U.S. Constitution.

Oct 6, 2018 - Senator Susan Collins will vote to Confirm Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Sen. Susan Collins defended Kavanaughs record, saying the fundamental principle is the presumption of innocence.

Collins called Ford’s testimony “compelling.” 66 year old Collins blames accuser Fords lawyer Michael Avenatti outlandish claims in 45 minute Senate speech.

Collins criticized Demonrats, saying that the process hit rock bottom. She lamented the hysterics of the 2018 Supreme Court confirmations. She addressed Kavanaugh’s opponents’ concerns one-by-one.

Oct 7, 2018 US Supreme Court - Judge Kavanaugh administered both the Constitutional Oath (by Chief Justice Roberts) and the Judicial Oath (by retired Justice Kennedy for whom Kavanaugh clerked) TODAY, hours after confirmation, so he can get to work immediately.

Judge Brett Kavanaugh was sworn in October 6 as the 114th Supreme Court justice by Chief Justice John Roberts in a private ceremony, accompanied by his wife and children. The ceremonial swearing in is October 8, Monday evening at the White House. Monday is a federal holiday. Justice Kavanaugh will begin hearing cases before the court on Tuesday.

Alaska Sen. Lisa Murkowski was a no, but voted present as a courtesy to Montana Sen. Steve Daines who was attending his daughter’s wedding in Montana. It would have been 51-49 had their votes been recorded.

Being subject to the laws was synonymous with being subject to the territorial jurisdiction of the United States. Anyone on U.S. soil is subject to our laws. This amendment was to allow slaves to be citizens, NOT foreign invader anchor babies!

The Fourteenth Amendment citizenship clause has 2 components.
- birth on U.S. soil and
- being subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
