Protect girls sports
Mar 26, 2021 Arkansas joins South Dakota, Mississippi and North Carolina and other states to protect girls sports! Biological males trying to compete with girls is CHEATING! Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson signed into law a bill that bans biological males from competing in female school sports programs.

This will help maintain fairness in women's sporting events. Arkansas was among two-dozen states that had such legislation pending. Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves signed a similar law earlier this month.The Arkansas law covers both children's sports and collegiate sports. It's scheduled to take effect this summer. Idaho enacted the first such law in the US last year, but a federal court ruling has held up its implementation.

Judge overturns Arkansas School District’s mask mandate
October 6, 2021 Masks will be optional in the Bentonville schools after a local judge ruled in favor of parents who had filed a lawsuit over the district’s mask mandate

Benton County Circuit Judge Xollie Duncan granted an injunction to prohibit the School District from enforcing the mandate. She issued her ruling nearly a week after presiding over a hearing in the case.

Hiring freeze on government agencies

Governor's approval of state rules
Any state departments, agencies, and offices must get approval from the Governor when proposing new rules or regulations. The Governor said this is to prevent Arkansans and businesses from unnecessary regulatory requirements.

Audit of previous executive orders within 90 days.
The Inspector General will do an exhaustive review of all previously issued executive orders. Then, there will be recommendations on updating and modifying them as needed.

Update Arkansas's Unemployment Insurance Program

Prohibit Critical Race Theory
The Secretary of Education will review the rules and policies of the Department of Education to identify anything that would promote the teaching of CRT, or any other ideologies that discriminate against someone's race, ethnicity, sex, age, or religion.

Ban TikTok from government devices
In 90 days, government officials will be banned from downloading TikTok on any state-issued device, including computers, tablets, and phones.

Remove "Latinx" from state documents
It will be replaced with the terms Hispanic, Latino, Latina.

Education reform plan
Governor Sanders' has a comprehensive plan for education reform in Arkansas that includes, improving literacy, expanding childhood education, expanding charter school opportunities, and updating security precautions in schools.
