Decision making is based on research disguised as medical research but it is metadata collection of cost outcomes performed by statisticians and economists, not by medical researchers. There are medical people that are on the insurance companies panels but they do not participate in the studies. They are their in name only to look like medical research.

ODG has taken the position that posting in the NGC is not in the interest of ODG, due to ceding editorial control and risk misrepresentation. ODG guidelines withdrew because their methods of statistical based economical outcomes were not appropriate medical research.
If you control the research, insurance decision making and payments, control the drugs and vaccines, then you own the pharma company that makes the drugs, own the TV/media advertising, and create a perfect storm of eliminating your competition.
If you work with this company you are allowed to succeed, if you do not, you are eliminated as competition.
