ISIS moved
April 23, 2017 - I have seen numerous reports that ISIS moved - to where is the BIG question. They left suicidal fighters behind. One report - ISIS moved its Syria HQ from Raqqa to Deir ez-Zor province. I have also seen ISIS moved to Lebanon, across the EU and USA. I know they are in Israel and Sinai and Libya. In the USA they are mixed with #BLM black anarchists. I think I would most correctly say - ISIS is spread out globally.
