2015 Obama Executive Order 13691, Promoting Private Sector Cyber Security Information Sharing. This order gave authority for Obama's government agencies to spy thru Fakebook twitter etc. Valerie Jarrett met with techs in 2015 regarding the takeover of global digital infrastructure. Snowden helped secretly embed spy systems in digital networks.

0bama DNI James Clapper leaked classified information that endangered national security. Clapper rushed put new procedures in place at the end of 0bama reign of terror. TREASON! Clapper established his reputation as a liar.
