Two weeks ago, Michigan 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin Elsenheimer agreed to allow Mr. DePerno’s client, William Bailey, and a highly skilled team of IT experts to perform a forensic examination on 16 of the Dominion voting machines in Antrim County. The results of the forensic examination to be released to the public. The results were damning.

Dominion Voting machines were assigned a 68% error rate when ballots are put through the machine. That means they collect the ballots in a folder and are sent somewhere where people in another location can change the vote.

May 10, 2021 Judge to Decide Whether to Expand Audit or Shut the Case Down as requested by Democrat criminal Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson.

Attorney Matthew DePerno in court Monday. He filed his latest finding in the Circuit Court for Antrim County on Friday. There were 1,061 phantom ballots found in Antrim County during the 2020 election. They are not in the state database and do not exist on voter rolls.

There was nearly 100% turnout between ages 65 and 80 in the county despite the threat of the coronavirus.
