 Gunman 'singled out' victims in Orlando shooting spree
June 5, 2017 - The gunman in Monday's fatal shooting spree at an Orlando, Florida, business targeted his victims and had a "negative relationship" with at least one of them, Orlando County Sheriff Jerry Demings said. "He was certainly singling out the individuals he shot," Demings told reporters Monday afternoon. The gunman was identified as John Robert Neumann, Jr. He was fired in April by Fiamma Inc., which makes accessories for recreational vehicles. They Just Announced The ChargesJuly 22, 2017 - Charges have been filed against the Florida teens who recorded and mocked a man as he drowned. twitter.com/rt_com/status/888593189996711936 A group of teenagers who filmed and taunted a drowning man in a lake are now facing criminal charges for not reporting his death. Authorities are also pushing for legislation that would allow them to prosecute similar cases in the future. Cocoa Police Department (CPD), in conjunction with the Florida State Attorney's Office, announced they are pursuing criminal charges against the five teens under a little known Florida Statute that in short requires a person to report a death. CPD Chief Mike Cantaloupe said the day after the police found that the teens had not broken any laws, they conducted further research with the state attorney's office, which “yielded the decision to move forward with charges under this statute.” “It’s our belief that this law has never been enforced in a scenario like this, but we feel it could be applicable,” Cantaloupe said in a statement. Under Florida Statute 406.12, any person who “becomes aware of the death of any person” is required to “report such death and circumstances forthwith to the district medical examiner.” Anyone who fails to report a death can be charged with a first-degree misdemeanor. Cocoa Mayor Henry Parrish also released a statement, imploring the state attorney to “follow through and file the charges presented by the Cocoa Police Department!” “If this case can be used as an example to draft new legislation, then I am committed to move forward to make that happen,” Parrish added. On July 9, a group of teens in Bracco Park witnessed Jamel Dunn, 31, drowning in Bracco Pond. RNC is demanding DWS testify in front of Congress over her ties to recently arrested IT staffer Imran Awan. Awan was caught trying to flee the country after wiring thousands of dollars to Pakistan. How'd he get $4 million of taxpayer money between 2005 and 2009. Congress needs to open an investigation into what Awan had access to. State Dept KNOWS he had access to NSA computers! DWS may not be willing to cooperate. She actually THREATENED the police to try get Awan's computer back! Sep 13, 2017 Hollywood FL - Police have evacuated several people from a Hollywood nursing home, where 8 people have died. 115 were evacuated due to intense heat and no power. Sep 15, 2017 - Hollywood Florida nursing home, 8 residents died after Hurricane Irma knocked out a transformer that powered the air conditioning, but it did not request help. There was a hospital right next door which could have cared for the patients. Firefighters found 3 people dead and evacuated 145 people to hospitals, by evening 5 more had died. The rooms grew too hot and some of the patients were rolled out of their beds and into the hallways. Some of the patients were naked.
