Kenosha law acts
Aug 28, 2020 - Cops shutdown professional rioters molotov bus. Police arrested 9 who came to Kenosha in vehicles with out of state plates and filling gas cans that authorities believed were to be used at riots that evening. Acting on the tip, Kenosha police and U.S. Marshals found the vehicles, including a black school bus, bread truck and tan minivan. BLM ANTIFA caught filling multiple fuel cans. The vehicles contained helmets, gas masks, protective vests, illegal fireworks, and suspected controlled substances. The 9 individuals were arrested for disorderly conduct and are pending charging decisions by the Kenosha County District Attorney. Is that the same one who arrested Kyle for murder? Those taken into custody for failure to comply with a government order (curfew), disorderly conduct, resisting, and other crimes. Sidney Powell Files Suit in Wisconsin to Block State From Certifying Results Dec 3, 2020 Attorney Sidney Powell filed a lawsuit alleging an egregious range of conduct in Wisconsin at the direction of Wisconsin state election officials. Powell is asking the court to block Gov. Tony Evers from transferring currently certified election results in Wisconsin to the Electoral College, and have Evers and the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) reverse the certification, pending a full investigation and court hearing. Powell is also asking the court to order an independent audit of the election to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the election. The suit (pdf) was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin against the WEC and Evers. Several of the allegations appear similar to those laid out in prior lawsuits that Powell filed in Georgia, Michigan, and Arizona. Judge’s Order Pamela Pepper, the Chief U.S. District Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, issued an order Dec. 2 that noted that while the motion said that an order would be attached to detail the specific relief sought by the plaintiffs, it took a while for the document to be properly filed, and that while the proposed order asks for various injunctions, declarations, and orders, it does not ask for a hearing.
