Marines drill unblocking Hormuz
Sep 13, 2018 - US naval, air and Marine forces war game from Djibouti off the Horn of Africa coast in the Red Sea for a potential clash with Iran. They are focusing on Iran blocking the Strait of Hormuz in the Persian Gulf and the Red Sea Straits of Bab al-Mandeb. It is the first time that the US has introduced the F-35 for combat duty in these regions. Sep 22, 2018 - Gunmen shot up a military parade in Ahvaz, Iran. They wore Iranian army uniforms and escaped on motorbikes. The parade marked the anniversary of the 1980s Iran-Iraq war.
