Feb 20 2020 - Their tantrum emergency meeting to discuss the intervention by AG William Barr in the sentencing of Roger Stone and President Trump’s criticism of the proposed sentence was indefinitely postponed. Judge Cynthia Rufe decided to wait. HILARIOUS! Barr, running the DOJ can make whatever sentencing recommendation that he sees fit and Judge Amy can set any reasonable sentence within her discretion, regardless. Roger Stone’s sentence commuted
July 11, 2020 - President Donald Trump commuted Roger Stone’s sentence. Now Roger Stone has to sue the pants off of them for the fraud that sucked millions from him - he lost his house, his car, his insurance and medical policies. And it will cost him to prove his innocence in court, which is why he wanted commutation, not a pardon. Every Mueller indictment is illegitimate because the Russia Collusion probe was only an elaborate act of #TREASON by the Obama administration. Roger Stone case is fruit of the poisonous Mueller tree. In August 2020 FBI agent Joe Pientka was interviewed behind closed doors by investigators & Senators Grassley, Ron Johnson and Lindsey Graham, suggesting Pientka is cooperating in the Durham CRIMINAL Investigation. Pientka was the FBI Agent who ambushed Gen. Mike Flynn Jan 24, 2017 with Peter Strzok.
Comey sent Strzok & Pientka to ambush Flynn. Pientka knows A LOT about the shenanigans of Peter Strzok, Andrew McCabe and James Comey
