Every policy was ignored, no procedure was followed THEY DO NOT INCLUDE the CORROBORATION of INFORMATION In some cases the sources were criminals. One of them was a pedophile. So far, the IG is stating that the FBI followed NONE of the established guidelines in handling its Confidential Human Sources (like Steele). This is very dire!
