Mar 28, 2020 - Her Majesty's Covid. Royal Palace confirms Queen Elizabeth tests positive for coronavirus. The Queen will spend the next few weeks of self-isolation at Windsor Castle with Prince Philip.

Prince Charles, heir to the British throne, had tested positive for the virus and is self-isolating at a royal estate in Scotland. Queen Elizabeth had met with Prime Minister Boris Johnson a week or so ago, and now #Boris too tested positive.

May 29, 2020 - The dismissal of an elected government by a British monarch created turmoil, with many calling for Australia to cut constitutional ties. Australia's highest court has ruled to make public letters between Queen Elizabeth and her representative that would reveal if she had knowledge of the dismissal of an Australian government in 1975.

Over 200 letters between the Queen of Britain and Australia and Governor-General Sir John Kerr before he dismissed Prime Minister Gough Whitlam's government were personal and might never be made public. Sir John resigned in 1978
The National Archives of #Australia had held the #PalaceLetters since 1978. As state records they should have been made public 31 years after they were created. The communications between the Queen and her representatives are personal, private.

👑 BoJo exercises on Buckingham Palace grounds
May 26, 2020 - The Queen granted permission for the Prime Minister to exercise in palace grounds, which include a tennis court. He was photographed arriving at a side entrance to the palace in an armoured Range Rover, returning to Downing Street in a red t-shirt, blue shorts and trainers. The palace has an outdoor tennis court as well as a large garden.
Queen Elizabeth is living in Windsor Castle, along with Prince Philip and 22 members of staff with no plans to return to London anytime soon.

Princess Beatrice marries
July 17, 2020 - Princess Beatrice has married Italian property developer Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi at Windsor Castle attended by the Queen. The bride's grandparents the Queen, 94, and the Duke of Edinburgh, 99, who have both been in isolation at Windsor Castle, were in attendance. The bride's parents, Prince Andrew and the Duchess of York, are thought to have been present as the service was held near their home.
