Sep 28, 2019 - Massive explosion on Stolt Groenland oil tanker in Port of Ulsan, South Korea spread to a nearby vessel, leaving several injured. US diplomat hides at military base
Nov 11, 2021 An American diplomat in Seoul has fled the scene after a suspected hit-and-run incident and is now hiding from the police at a US military base in South Korea. He was behind the wheel of a car that collided with a taxi. The accident was minor, but the diplomat didn’t stop, he tried to flee. The taxi driver followed him all the way to the Yongsan Garrison, an American military and diplomatic facility in Seoul. Moon steps down in May to be replaced by conservative president-elect Yoon Suk-yeol.
