Nov 19, 2019 - Michael Horowitz dropped his report into the Obama FBI NONE of the procedures for validating CI's were being followed They literally did NOTHING right. Nothing. Every policy was ignored, no procedure was followed THEY DO NOT INCLUDE the CORROBORATION of INFORMATION In some cases the sources were criminals. One of them was a pedophile. So far, the IG is stating that the FBI followed NONE of the established guidelines in handling its Confidential Human Sources (like Steele). This is very dire! There was almost NO oversight into the Human Sources that the FBI was using in its investigations, including using untrained personnel to monitor and vet the files (my words).
