May 17, 2017 - Comey's revenge is a gun without powder. Obstruction of justice by who - Trump - or Comey? Cocky James Comey was lying in wait. His gun was cocked, he took aim and fired. But his weapon was empty. 3 months ago, Comey met with President Trump. Following their private conversation, Comey wrote a memorandum to himself memorializing the conversation. Good lawyers do that routinely. Now, only after Comey was fired, the memo magically surfaces in NYslimes which alleges that President Trump asked Comey to end the Michael Flynn investigation. Those who don’t know the first thing about the law immediately began hurling words like obstruction of justice and impeachment. Under the law, Comey is required to immediately inform the DoJ of any attempt to obstruct justice. Failure to do so would result in criminal charges against Comey So, if Comey believed Trump attempted to obstruct justice, did he comply with the law by reporting it to the DOJ? (No) If not, it calls into question whether the events occurred. James Comey comes out a loser. Comey will soon testify before Congress about this and other matters. His memo will likely be produced. By writing a memo, Comey has put himself in a box. If he now accuses the President of obstruction, he places himself in legal jeopardy for failing to promptly and properly report it. May 19, 2017 - Former FIB James Comey is now facing perjury charges. He destroyed the rule of law in the USA by refusing to investigate clear corruption by Hellary, AG Lynch and others. May 19, 2017 - Comey hid behind the curtains. He wore a blue suit and hid behind the blue curtain! He was so embarrassed of Trump, he didn’t want Trump to spot him in the room, and then Trump did and Trump came up and gave him one of those handshakes where you grabbed someone and pull ’em to you and give them an embrace. Comey was embarrassed. He thought it would show that he’s in collusion with Trump. Comey once tried to blend in with WH curtains to avoid Trump. Former FBI Director James Comey once tried to blend into the curtains in the White House Blue Room in order to avoid being approached by President Trump. 6 foot 8 Comey was wearing a dark blue suit and stood near the similarly colored curtains in the back of the room, hoping that Trump would not spot him. Comey was assistant US attorney in the late 90’s. He gained power and money by being the DOJ official who “investigated” and cleared Bill Clinton of any wrong-doing in Clinton’s totally corrupt pardon (for huge payoffs) of criminal financier Marc Rich as Clinton was leaving the Presidency. This is how Comey began his career as a servant of the Clintons. James Comey provided cover for the Clintons to gain power and wealth after leaving office. Comey was a key player in Clinton corruption, making him powerful and wealthy. Comey went on national TV and violated every rule of the FBI, the Justice Department and American law enforcement by revealing the FBI evidence of what Hillary did, then declaring that there was no intent and cleared Hillary.
