Court ruling allowed him to choose how he wants to be identified. Jack Hagee accused of sexual assault
Feb 17, 2020 - Jack Hagee accused of sexually assaulting a family member. Jack Hagee is charged with sexual assault of a child under 14. Hagee was working as a Harris County Precinct 3 captain at the time.

The victim is 38 years old now, and claimed the abuse began when she was about 5 years old and continued until she was 13 years old. She claims that Hagee sexually assaulted her about 3 times a week.

Jack Hagee is the brother of San Antonio Pastor John Hagee. A spokesman for John Hagee confirmed their relation. Pastor Hagee and his wife have given their full support to the victim including respecting her decision when to go to law enforcement.

He tried to speed through a gate, but security put up a barrier in time to stop the shooting. The jihadi got out of the car and opened fire, wounding a Navy sailor.
