Day 2 of jury selection in Bundy trial
Nov 1, 2017 - Opening arguments expected next week. Crooked ObamaJudge Gloria Navarro said in court she made a mistake in removing 5 potential jurors the defense wanted to keep, then removed 8 more potential jurors the prosecution wanted. A list of 1100 potential witnesses is being read to the prospective jurors who are asked if they know anyone on the list. It includes fired BLM agent Dan Love. Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo, who was present at the standoff talking with both sides and helping with the release of the Bundy cattle and media personality Glenn Beck. Many interesting things were said by prospective jurors including a couple who cited Uranium One as the reason for the Oregon Standoff. Criminal Judge Gloria Navarro told potential jurors the trial could take 4 months. Bundy, his sons Ryan and Ammon, and Montana native Ryan Payne all face a slew of false charges. Federal Bureau of Land Management (BLM) agents came knocking after Bundy on false charges, stole his cattle, and killed some of them. Oath Keepers rode to the rescue. We can confirm that one man LaVoy Finicum has been shot and taken to the local hospital and that another was shot and killed. We can also confirm that separate from the traffic stop, both Joe OShaugnessy and Pete Santilli were also arrested and taken into custody. It has come to the attention of PPN that many individuals are responding to this news as a Call to Action. The Pacific Patriots Network is issuing an immediate STAND BY Order to all those who are mobilizing to Burns, Oregon. We will not pursue any action until all of the facts have been pieced together. In 1964 the Hammonds purchased their ranch in the Harney Basin. The purchase included 6000 acres of private property, 4 grazing rights on public land, a small ranch house and 3 water rights. Hammonds and some other ranchers refused to sell. FWS and BLM sought to force the ranchers to sell. 32 out of 53 grazing permits were revoked and many ranchers were forced to leave. Grazing fees were raised significantly for those who were allowed to remain. Refuge personnel STOLE the irrigation system claiming it as their own. Nov 16, 2017 - Government Witness Confirms Bundy Claims. Evidence NOT allowed in the previous 2 trials was shown to the jury on Wednesday and that evidence shutdown the prosecution from any rebuttal. REALLY interesting, as Bundys were found NOT GUILTY in their previous trial, yet held in prison anyway. Their treatment has been as if Feds want to kill them. I hope they sue the govt! A video report said that photos showed snipers surrounding the Bundy house 4 days ahead of the impoundment, and photos of BLM agents with guns trained on protesters. Nov 17, 2017 - The first Oregon Standoff Bundys trial ended with not guilty verdicts for all 7 defendants. Judge Brown questioned the jury as to their reasoning behind the not guilty verdicts. This was the beginning of a rigged process for the trial of the second group of defendants. The federal prosecutors tacked misdemeanor charges onto the felony ones, with Judge Brown holding a bench trial instead of a jury one. (UnConstitutional) The judge limited defense witnesses. Duane Ehmer was convicted in that sham 'trial.' He was sentenced Nov. 16, 2017 to one year and one day in prison.
