Nunes is prosecuting the media outlets and their source(s) to the fullest extent of the law. The hit pieces alleged that indicted Lev Parnas helped Nunes digging into Ukraine election interference, set up meetings on Ukraine matters, met with Victor Shokin in Vienna. These demonstrably false and scandalous stories are perfect example of defamation and reckless disregard for the truth. The dive boat on which 34 people died September 2019 in a fire had been given an exemption by the Coast Guard. Conception did not have to have illuminated exit signs.
