Jun 12, 2017 - This would be 100% NEGATIVE for the USA! Another WELFARE STATE, 1/3 of Puerto Rico are on food stamps. WE DONT WANT or NEED any more DemonRat commie voters! They want U.S. taxpayer dollars to bail them out of their economic crisis.

Puerto Rico's governor Ricardo Rossello plans to be the 51st state after statehood won in a non-binding referendum. A boycott and low turnout raise questions about the vote's legitimacy. Rossello will appoint 2 sinators and 5 representatives to demand statehood from the U.S. Congress. But a Republican-controlled Congress unlikely to accept them because Puerto Rico tends to favor Demonrats.
