What happens to Bundys now?
April 26, 2017 - A federal jury's failure to reach a unanimous verdict in the first Bunkerville standoff case, and the mistrial that resulted, has spurred a flurry of concerns about speedy-trial rights among others accused of conspiring with rancher Cliven Bundy.

11 people still await trial on charges that they organized a mass assault on federal agents who tried to seize Bundy's cattle from public land in April 2014. 100% FALSE CHARGE.

The first trial ended with a mistrial and set a new trial date of June 26. Jurors convicted two of the first six defendants on some of the counts. The new trial date coincides with the previously scheduled start date for the second group of defendants: Cliven, Ammon and Ryan Bundy, Ryan Payne and Pete Santilli.

Mistrial for Bundy Ranch Case
April 25, 2017 - Federal agents killed some of Cliven Bundy's cattle and joked about killing protesters. Yet, no charges have been filed against any Bureau of Land Management agent. Misconduct has been documented of Daniel Love, who led the BLM siege of Bundy Ranch, yet no charges have been filed against him.

Ryan Bundy sues federal government
April 27, 2017 - Ryan Bundy, a son of rancher Cliven Bundy who is incarcerated pending trial, has sued the federal government. In lawsuit, Bundy challenges the constitutionality of prison policies and alleges deprivation of rights after he was punished for refusing to obey those orders. Bundy was transferred to prison in Nevada last fall after he was acquitted in Oregon.

Bundys freed from the Hole
April 28, 2017 Ammon and Ryan Bundy have been moved from solitary confinement. They were put in the hole for refusing to comply with frequent body cavity searches conducted under prison rules. A few days ago Ryan Bundy filed a lawsuit in connection with his punishment at the prison. The warden is gone. No word on why that happened.

Limousines and party buses — several lined with green light-emitting diode lights — ushered tourists and locals to the revelry outside Reef Dispensaries, a marijuana shop a few steps behind the Fashion Show Mall, where the sea of customers stretched down and around the 165,000-square-foot building. “I’m excited!” shouted 24-year-old Las Vegan Majanae Brown as the minutes ticked toward midnight. “I can’t wait.”

They lined up by the hundreds hoping to be part of Sin City history. Under the bright lights of the Strip, fireworks shot off the roof of Reef Dispensaries in celebration as strobe lights lit up the night sky.

EDITOR’S NOTE: As we continue our headlong rush into the end times, the lid is coming off the underworld and the night creatures are crawling out into public view. People who object to things like legalized public pot consumption are seen as the “enemies to progress” by the mad throngs forming lines around the block at pot dispensaries. One can only imagine what’s going to be legalized next.

At Euphoria Wellness, there were no party buses, no fireworks or strobe lights. The only music to be heard played lightly from the cellphone of a customer near the door. But hundreds stood in a line that stretched around in the strip mall building in the south valley suburbs.
Las Vegas marijuana dispensaries gear up for extra business:

“This is larger than 4/20. This is the largest I’ve ever seen,” Euphoria Wellness co-owner Larry Doyle said. (4/20 refers to the counterculture holiday celebrating marijuana on April 20.)

When Friday finally turned to Saturday, Nevada’s green rush was on as the state joined Colorado, Washington, Oregon and Alaska in allowing people to buy marijuana for recreational use.
Nevadans voted 54-46 in November to legalize adult-use marijuana.

On Saturday, less than eight months after the ballot measure passed, more than 40 stores across Southern Nevada were authorized by the state to begin selling marijuana to adults 21 and older without the need of medical cannabis card. Five dispensaries in Henderson did not get authorization because the city put a six-month moratorium on recreational marijuana licenses, which expires in August.

Despite the large crowds at dispensaries across the valley, police reported no issues with Saturday’s rollout of marijuana sales. Although it’s now legal for adults 21 and older to buy and possess up to an ounce of marijuana, consuming it in public remains illegal. There were no signs of use at the dispensaries Saturday, and a Strip walk in the afternoon found just one open user, who wouldn’t talk to a reporter. He wouldn’t say who he was or whether he’d bought his weed legally.

Marijuana is still considered illegal federally. But for many, Saturday’s legalization in Nevada brought a lawful avenue to get something they were previously forced to buy from the black market.

“You don’t have to hide in the corner anymore and feel bad about it,” said Pam Mateo as she walked out of Euphoria at 1:30 a.m. with her purchase — “just a few joints” inside an opaque white plastic bag. source

Clinton sold uranium to Russia acquired from Oregon land grabs years before a stand off. Harry Reid and Nevada former sinator Richard Bryan sold Bundy's ranch - without owning it! - to Chinese solar clients. But their BLM goons could not deliver the Bundy land to the Chinese who had already PAID $3.4 million for it.

Is McCabe still covering all this up? Probably!
Harry Reid had an 'exercise accident' that I always believed were Chinese thugs beating him up.

July 25, 2017 - Judge Navarro takes over Prosecution in Bunkerville retrial in Las Vegas, Nevada. Judge Gloria Navarro has made new rules for her courtroom that stun the prosecution.

Last week she shocked the courtroom with her manipulation of jury selection. She refused to allow the defense to have their allotted peremptory challenges and selected the jury for them.

She also ruled against the defense on every single pre-trial motion, including shutting down their defense strategy. Things that were allowed in the previous trial will not be allowed in this trial. The defendants will not be allowed to explain why they went to Bunkerville, nor will they be allowed to say the words First Amendment, Second Amendment or Constitution.

The jury had many questions, including some that referenced the previous trial. Navarro did not allow much discussion on those questions.
The jurors asked about the BLM’s prior operation, Navarro would not allow an answer for that.

One juror wanted to know if Lombardo knew if everyone’s firearms were loaded, and another wanted the definition of cease and desist.

The judge has turned this entire case into a circus. The defense cannot present their defense, and the judge has taken over the prosecution’s case. Everyone might just as well go home.

Judge prevents a hung jury
July 25, 2017 - In April, in the first trial for the Bunkerville defendants ended in a mistrial. The jury found only 2 of 6 people on trial guilty of some charges but deadlocked on the others. The jurors agreed to convict on only 10 of the 60 charges brought. None of the conspiracy charges stuck.

The standoff occurred after armed BLM agents attempted to roundup Bundy’s cattle after he had refused for 20 years to pay grazing fees in the Gold Butte area. The BLM said he owed $1 million in fees and penalties. Faced with armed protesters the BLM agents eventually released the cattle and left to avoid potential bloodshed. Two more trials are pending, with Cliven Bundy and his four sons scheduled to be the last. Most defendants have been jailed without bail for a year and half.
