The best video we’ve seen this year - and its not even a meme!! Pepper Balls picked up a second smoking canister and threw at police, hence the 3 charges of 'aggravated' assault. He spent Tuesday night in the emergency room for treatment for inhaling pepper spray and for second-degree burns on his right hand from picking up a hot can of tear gas.
