Pentagon is refusing to transition, may last until March 4, the original date for Inauguration specified in the Constitution. DC is under Martial Law, thus Congress and SCOTUS are not in force. It will likely end March 4 when President Trump is sworn in as the legitimately elected President.

President Trump and the new Republic of the US now owns the Treasury, so there is no more National Debt owed to foreign entities. The interest rate can be dropped to banks, and their interest rate also reduced to actual expenses. No more rich bankers. Education loans can be interest free.
