In the lawsuit, filed in Hennepin County District Court, Kacey White and Charles Stotts, owners of Town Talk Diner & Gastropub, say the delay in response to the riots by the city and Frey allowed for more destruction and cost them their restaurant. It threw a callsign and a squawk like a commercial craft.
it came out of Alabama this morning, and floated over the coastline which drew a lot of attn from the anons. Then it simply descended at freefall speed. it was very quick and i was only able to catch the one screenshot at 40,000ft.

If any of you make any sense of the balloon thing - let me know! Probly not just a weather balloon.
