The ban on vessels carrying the Qatar flag and vessels owned or operated by Qatar is still in place. Saudi Arabia’s Ports Authority told shipping agents not to accept vessels flying the Qatari flag or ships owned by Qatari companies. The deputy ruler of the emirate of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has died at the age of 75. The government's Office did not acknowledge the release of the images.
