Dec 2, 2020 President Donald Trump asserted that he won the 2020 election and America’s election system is under siege. Speaking from the White House Trump said his job as president is to defend the laws and Constitution of the United States and that he’s determined to protect the election system, which he said is under coordinated assault and siege. Trump accused Democrats of implementing a mass mail-in balloting scheme in order to steal the election and outlined aspects of the Nov. 3 election that are suspicious or fraudulent. Using the pandemic HOAX as a pretext, Demonrat officials and judges drastically changed election procedures in the months and weeks leading up to the election, in apparent violation of the Constitution. Judges in multiple states have ruled the changes likely violated the Constitution, including in Minnesota and Pennsylvania. Trump Calls for Full Forensic Audit of Mail-In Ballots
Dec 3, 2020 President Donald Trump called for a full forensic audit of mail-in ballots that were cast in key states during the Nov. 3 presidential election. Thousands of ballots have fraudulent signatures in key states. It means a full forensic audit is required to ensure that only legal ballots from lawfully registered voters that were properly cast are included. They were not verifying signatures because they know the ballots have not been filled out by the voters in whose names they were cast. The only way to remedy the situation, Trump said, is to carry out a full review of ballot envelopes, which contain the signatures. Over the past 3 weeks, Trump’s legal team has sent several letters to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger, demanding a full signature audit. But crooked Raf said that it’s not possible to match the ballots and the envelope with the signature, citing privacy laws. We need a systematic analysis of the mail-in ballots to review the envelopes signatures. And if they’re on the envelopes, we can only review the envelopes. Judge’s Order Pamela Pepper, the Chief U.S. District Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, issued an order Dec. 2 that noted that while the motion said that an order would be attached to detail the specific relief sought by the plaintiffs, it took a while for the document to be properly filed, and that while the proposed order asks for various injunctions, declarations, and orders, it does not ask for a hearing.
